  • When we create your online ordering menu, we will increase the price of your items by 5%. So for example if you have a $10 burger on your menu, the customer will pay $10.50. On the 1st of each month we will charge a card that you will put on file with us for the 5% portion that the customer is paying. This way it’s free for you to use and only a small fee for your customer.

  • How can I accept orders?
  • You will need an internet connection and a device with a web browser at your restaurant (a computer, tablet or smartphone).

  • Do I need a website?
  • If you have a website already, we can set up online ordering right on your website. If you don’t have it, we can provide a free custom branded landing page for your restaurant.

  • What’s the cost for customer care?
  • Customer care is included in every software subscription, giving you access to real employees via phone, email, and web 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

  • How fast can I get up and running with UBMe?
