UBMeFood Is Live!

With support from the Ben Franklin Technology Partners, the Southside Bethlehem KIZ and Pennsylvania CareerLink, the Bethlehem technology company has officially launched www.UBMeFood.com, which is revolutionizing the online-ordering industry for local restaurant owners and their surrounding communities.

Dating back to the beginning of the COVID-19 Pandemic, UBMe has been working alongside restaurant owners to eliminate extra costs and fees associated with online ordering systems. With major companies like DoorDash and Grubhub taking over 30% of online ordering revenue from restaurants, UBMe founder Val Arzunian decided it was time to put an end to that.

UBMeFood.com is an expansion of UBMe’s existing online ordering system, which offers restaurants online ordering for free with no contracts, no fees and 0% commission. The only charge is a nominal customer fee, so the restaurant sees the full return on their online orders. In addition to many new features, UBMeFood.com will also allow customers to search their area online and search through different cuisines and promotions, all while knowing that the restaurants they are ordering from are benefitting to the fullest from their order.

With the launch of UBMeFood.com, restaurants will now be able to update their own menus, add items at any time, take off items that sell out (this feature is particularly important for breweries or restaurants that offer daily specials) and reach more potential customers. With the partnership UBMe has with StarMicronics, restaurant owners also have the opportunity to utilize the automatic printing of online orders. These are just a few of the features that come included with UBMe’s new website for restaurants.

Introducing One of Our Restaurant Clients, Little Cali!

Little Cali, a new Arepa & Empanada bar in Bethlehem, PA has had great success with UBMe’s Online Ordering system from the start. Heidy, the owner, is excited about the addition of UBMeFood.com and the new features that are included specifically for restaurant owners. “UBMe’s online ordering has already been a really great system and helps our new restaurant. We have gotten new customers and new social media interaction which is always wonderful and we are really excited to see the increased growth with the new website! It’s great and we are glad to be a part of it,” says the Little Cali owner.

The launch of UBMeFood.com is allowing UBMe to work with more restaurants than ever before, and minimizes the setup significantly. They will now be able to get restaurants signed up in record-time so that not only restaurants are able to offer online ordering almost immediately, but the community members will too.
