Need an Easy Dinner During the Week?
We have your dinners covered this summer – with food trucks! Food trucks have been on the rise for the past few years and we are excited about it! At UBMe we love supporting local businesses and encouraging local engagement. Today we have compiled a great schedule of food trucks and their availability in the Lehigh Valley. Another great aspect of food trucks is that they often stop at local bars, breweries and restaurants, so you have the opportunity to enjoy and support multiple businesses at once. Well, we are ready to get hopping and share this schedule so you can plan your next dinner!
Visiting Food Trucks
We love a good visiting food truck! Food truck events just seem to unite a community, which we love to see! You can check out these visiting food trucks to find out where they’re going to be parking and serving in the Lehigh Valley! Some of these trucks are also available for catering, so its a great opportunity to schedule them now before its too late for your next event.
Cousins Maine Lobster Truck
If you’re a seafood lover, you’re in for a treat with Cousins Maine Lobster! I must admit, I am a HUGE fan of this food truck and hopefully you will be soon! My personal favorite are their Lobster Quesadillas paired with a cup of their Lobster Bisque… Yum! You can either wait in line or order on the app, which is super convenient! That’s right, you could get the Taste Smokers in for your next big event! Their menu is off the hook, featuring any combination of smoked meat that you could possibly think of. We are also big fans of their sides and special menu items – especially the fish fry station and mac & cheese bar! Make sure you look at their website to see what events they’ll be at or to schedule them for your next event – you won’t regret it!
